  We haven’t been bowling in such a long time and honestly had a great experience here 🎳 The place is very clean, modern, and beautiful inside with lots of bowling lanes. Everything felt new, especially the bowling shoes, which we really liked. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms were clean too. They also have arcade games for kids, which is a nice bonus. The beer was really good, and they have a lot of food options, although we didn’t try the food because we weren’t hungry. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back ❤️

  I want to thank the Lucky Strike staff in Aliso Viejo for hosting our event and having great customer service yesterday. The experience was great and the food was excellent. Thank you to Chef Art for cooking the delicious food we had and for the quick turnaround. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have their event.

  We recently visited this bowling place and honestly had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a real and sincere review. Nowadays it’s actually hard to find places where you truly feel comfortable and want to come back again, but this is definitely one of them. The atmosphere here is really nice — cozy, spacious, clean, and welcoming. It’s perfect whether you want to come as a couple for a fun evening or bring a big group of friends or family. There’s plenty of space, and everything feels organized and comfortable even when there are many people around. One of the biggest things we loved is that it’s not only bowling. There are arcade games and entertainment for kids too, which makes this place perfect for families. While adults are bowling, kids can have fun playing games, so everyone enjoys their time here. The bowling area itself was very clean and well maintained. The shoes were surprisingly clean, fresh, and in really good condition — not old or worn out like in many other bowling places. You can tell they actually care about quality and customer experience. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness overall. The tables, lanes, floors, and especially the restrooms were very clean. For me, clean bathrooms always say a lot about a business, and this place definitely takes care of its guests. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was polite, relaxed, and helpful. Nobody looked annoyed or stressed. They explained things clearly, helped when needed, and created a really positive atmosphere. You can feel good energy from the employees, and that honestly makes a huge difference. The beer was also really good. Nice selection, fresh, cold, and perfect while relaxing between games. The food and drinks made the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places where you can easily spend several hours without even noticing the time passing. I also liked that the music and overall vibe were enjoyable but not overwhelming. Some bowling places feel chaotic and too loud, but here everything felt balanced and comfortable. Great place to relax, laugh, spend time with people, and simply enjoy the evening. Overall, this is a really solid bowling spot with a great atmosphere, clean environment, good service, quality equipment, fun arcade games, and friendly people. It feels welcoming for everyone — couples, families, groups of friends, or even birthday celebrations. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere fun, clean, and enjoyable to spend your evening. We will definitely come back again.

  We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Lucky Strike in Aliso Viejo, and overall it was a memorable experience with some ups and downs. First, I want to give a huge thank you to our servers—Stephanie, Jaden, and Piper. They were absolutely amazing: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their positive energy really helped make the party fun and enjoyable for everyone. Unfortunately, our interaction with Ashley, the manager, was disappointing. She came across as rude and not very welcoming, which put a bit of a damper on the experience at that moment. That said, I truly appreciate how the event manager handled the situation. They were very respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to make things right by offering us an additional 2 hours for 5 people. That gesture meant a lot and showed great customer care. In the end, while there was a hiccup, the excellent service from the team and the effort to resolve the issue made a positive difference. I hope management can work on consistency in customer service, because the rest of the staff truly shines.
