  It sucks cause when you're in Aliso you can normally let your guard down and trust in the locals to do the right thing. I don't expect to have my $100 charged game card taken by a stranger when I'm not looking. Aliso is a small town compared to Irvine and North OC, our residents are not lacking in integrity and normally report missing things to the front. This is where Dovrann, Rosie, Ashley, and Ruiz (Luis?), in that order, stepped in and showed they were the true quality residents that make up our quaint town. I wasn't expecting much and was ready to do a chargeback, since my card was stolen, but the lengths your employees went through was the best customer service I've seen in a while. Genuinely felt touched because they were all earnestly searching high and low all together, even checking inside the air hockey console (Ruis/Luis) in case it may have fallen in, checking behind the games (Rosie & Ashley), and bar (Dovrann) finding discarded cards with empty balances to see if it was mine. Only seen this level of devoted service at Michelin restaurants. While I frequent arcades often, being called an arcade shark on occasion, I've never left a review for any of them. But after seeing the efforts they went though for me and Ashley issuing a new card with the balance, I had to leave a good review showcasing my gratitude for these kids. Make sure you treat them well, frankly they all should be paid heaps more. Featured: Me winning the Cut 2 Win on my first try.

  Thank you to the managers, Ashley and Hector, who were both incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were attentive, checked in throughout our visit, and helped create such a positive experience. The entire team was amazing, and the great service really stood out. We will definitely be back!

  The ambiance, service, cleanliness are all 5 stars. The bowling is 2 stars. They use string pinsetters which alters the game completely. It's feels very cheap, especially for the premium prices you're paying here ($196 for 4 bowlers for 2 hours). If you're going for serious bowling or a league, I recommend reconsidering. If you're going for a birthday party and to just chuck a ball, you'd have fun. Between the very high bowling prices and the cheap string pinsetters, I can't give it more than three stars.

  My family and I were so excited when we heard Lucky Strike was opening close to home. We’d been going to Dave & Buster's on Wednesdays for their half-price arcade, so finding out Lucky Strike offered discounted arcade games on Wednesdays too was awesome news. We attended their grand opening, and it was a huge event with a great turnout. They had face painting, photo booths, and plenty of free giveaways. When summer rolled in, getting the summer pass (which included two free games of bowling and a $5 arcade refill) was a complete no-brainer for us as locals. We ended up going at least 3-4x a week for a game of bowling and a few quick arcade games. The staff here is super friendly, and it’s refreshing to see the same familiar faces every visit rather than high staff turnover like competitors. A special shoutout to Hector, who is fantastic. We see him almost every time we go. He’s quick, efficient, and always has us checked in within a minute. If you prefer a quieter time to bowl in the summer, late mornings and early afternoons on weekdays are usually pretty empty, unless there's a corporate event. Even though the summer pass and hours are coming to an end, we’ll definitely still be back on Wednesdays for the arcade. Thank you to everyone at Lucky Strike for always making our visits feel special!
