  Thank you to the managers, Ashley and Hector, who were both incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were attentive, checked in throughout our visit, and helped create such a positive experience. The entire team was amazing, and the great service really stood out. We will definitely be back!

  The ambiance, service, cleanliness are all 5 stars. The bowling is 2 stars. They use string pinsetters which alters the game completely. It's feels very cheap, especially for the premium prices you're paying here ($196 for 4 bowlers for 2 hours). If you're going for serious bowling or a league, I recommend reconsidering. If you're going for a birthday party and to just chuck a ball, you'd have fun. Between the very high bowling prices and the cheap string pinsetters, I can't give it more than three stars.

  My family and I were so excited when we heard Lucky Strike was opening close to home. We’d been going to Dave & Buster's on Wednesdays for their half-price arcade, so finding out Lucky Strike offered discounted arcade games on Wednesdays too was awesome news. We attended their grand opening, and it was a huge event with a great turnout. They had face painting, photo booths, and plenty of free giveaways. When summer rolled in, getting the summer pass (which included two free games of bowling and a $5 arcade refill) was a complete no-brainer for us as locals. We ended up going at least 3-4x a week for a game of bowling and a few quick arcade games. The staff here is super friendly, and it’s refreshing to see the same familiar faces every visit rather than high staff turnover like competitors. A special shoutout to Hector, who is fantastic. We see him almost every time we go. He’s quick, efficient, and always has us checked in within a minute. If you prefer a quieter time to bowl in the summer, late mornings and early afternoons on weekdays are usually pretty empty, unless there's a corporate event. Even though the summer pass and hours are coming to an end, we’ll definitely still be back on Wednesdays for the arcade. Thank you to everyone at Lucky Strike for always making our visits feel special!

  Lucky Strike Aliso Viejo has been the perfect summer hangout for our family! The Summer Season Pass was such a great deal and gave us an easy go-to activity all summer long. The facility is clean, comfortable and has such a fun atmosphere for both kids and adults. What really makes this location special, though, is the staff. Frank, Hannah, Holy, Ash, Shannon, Ashley and so many others consistently made us feel welcome every time we walked through the door. They are friendly, attentive and genuinely great with the kids. Add in good food, plenty of fun and a team that makes you feel like a regular, and it’s hard to beat. From team parties and birthdays LS has been such a great addition to our city. We’ve made a lot of great summer memories here and will definitely be back!

  This lucky strike all summer long here in Aliso Viejo has been a dream and an answer to prayers. This has been a great spot for myself and my clients that have Autism. They all purchased summer passes so they can go during the summer during day program hours. HECTOR, a manager there, has been nothing but amazing and hard-working. Lucky strike higher-ups made it nearly impossible for him to run the place well by neglecting some much needed hands on deck because the hours between 12-4pm probably weren't so profitable. Give Hector a raise and give him the support he needs. Lastly, on a related note, the hours have shrunk out of nowhere so that they open 4 hours later than usual. I would have appreciated the change after the summer passes expire after August 31st. However, we are cut short a couple weeks now of using the passes. We used them well, but still we feel sleighted due to saving a few bucks and employees losing out on 4 hours of shifts a day. Bottom line is king not customer is king. What a shame, Lucky Strike-Bowlero, etc. Very unfortunate news for all those families relying on bowling as an activity before 4pm.
