  Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with quick service turnaround times. They are very willing to work on bikes both inside and outside of the Trek family. Marcus is a great mechanic, good troubleshooter, and has excellent attention to detail.

  I was so impressed with this bike shop! We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm smile. He asked how he could help, and I told him my son’s bike needed air. He helped us right away, and when I asked what I owed him, he just smiled and said, “nothing.” He was so pleasant, helpful, and genuinely kind. I was really impressed with the level of care and customer service. I will definitely be back when it’s time to buy a bike!

  Wow, all I can say is wow. My husband and I stopped in today. Over the past 8 years we have spent a small fortune at this store for the SRV MTB team multiple bikes for our son and constant maintenance costs. Today, a young man who we had not encountered, basically accused of us trying to steal a bike. While we had been biking all day, may not have looked our best. The visual bias was immediate from the young man who inserted himself. He was confrontational and said he was helping another customer. We needed to stop touching the bike until he could monitor our activity. He went on to say we were too close to the front door. I asked point blank, are you concerned we are going to take the bike, and he replied with a nod of yes. The bike was displayed at the front door. I sympathize with retailers and the increase in thefts, however, lock the bikes up by the front door. Not going back.

  Be careful dealing with a shorter, heavy set nerdy looking gentleman with fuzzy beard. Did not catch his name. He couldn't even install a simple pedal cleat set I purchased from them. His poor colleague had to go through the dirty trash to find the washers he forgot to install. Then he tried to sell me into trading a $11,000 project one I purchase a few years ago, for a much low tier bike in the 5k range because of comfort. I only asked for some component upgrades and adjustments on my existing bike and not a whole new bike lol. If you thought car salesman were slick, this place is next level.
