  The team at Trek Alamo is extremely responsive and actively engaged in my myriad of questions when looking for a new bike. They were able to guide me to a perfect fit with my new bike and get me ready to ride very quickly. The whole team there has a kind and knowledgeable disposition.

  It's not surprising how high this Trek store is rated. I had a pretty awful experience at a Trek store near my place of business. After repeated attempts to rectify it, I decided that I would never go back there again. When my service on my bike was due again, I was really in a tough place. I decided to go to the next nearest Trek location to my work, only to find out that it was being managed by the same person. I reluctantly went anyway, only to find out that they were closed on Mondays. I looked for the next closest location and that was Alamo and everything changed for the better. I went in, told them the problem that I previously had. They suggested I reach out to Trek Warranty and that the two of them, the Trek corporate along with the Alamo store, would make things right. I was hopeful but not convinced. 48 hours later, full resolution of my issue, and my bike came back to me after the level two service, better than when I originally bought it. This is a fantastic store. I know that their clients are difficult to say the least but these guys meet the challenge and exceed expectations. I cannot recommend this store enough.
