"We recently visited BOWLERO TUCSON with my kids and my parents, who were visiting from out of town, and we had an absolute blast! We used a Groupon, which made it an incredibly affordable family outing. The lanes were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for all ages. We also ordered some food, and we were pleasantly surprised by the great deals. The wings were crispy, the pizza was great, and the breadsticks were a hit with everyone.
Check ot out .
It’s definitely a spot we'll be returning to."
I'll be honest, I was impressed. The area doesn't seem too inviting but as soon as you walk in, everything seems clean, up to date, and organized. The staff was helpful too. Had lots of fun

I just got off the phone with staff at Bowlero to explain that I had bought a Groupon for the very kind volunteer from Big Brothers, Big Sisters to use to take my son on an outing. The only day he could do it was this past Father's Day. They arrived upon opening at 11am that Sunday, but all lanes were booked until 3pm. So they couldn't do any bowling. I explained that the Groupon will expire in 2 days. The staff said if the Groupon scans, then it will be accepted. I asked what if it doesn't, he said, "I don't know what to tell you. If it scans, then it'll work. But I can't guarantee it will scan if it's past expiration." I asked if anything else could be done since I already communited with Groupon and was told I had to deal with the business who is supposed to at least honor the value of the Groupon. The staff said, "You bought it from Groupon and that's the business you have to deal with then. I don't know what else to tell you." So were out the money and bowling for my son who loves bowling. I do my best as a single mother for a son with no father to afford recreation for him and to not put financial pressure on a very kind volunteer from Big Brothers, Big Sisters to take my son out so he has male bonding. Bowling is very expensive and this was what I thought a good option to afford it for my son. We don't celebrate Father's Day because we have no fathers in our lives, so we had no idea Bowlero would be packed on Father's Day. I tried calling that day to see what we could do, but no one answered.
I'm sharing my story so that people of Tucson could take their business to other bowling alleys rather than support one that doesn't want to help out people involved in a very special program changing the lives of small children everyday.
Went here with my friends on Saturday, our usual spot was full. This place ended up being better than our old spot, employees are quick and attentive and the pricing is pretty good for the unlimited bowling. We'll be making our way back next Saturday as well!

This bowling alley is not the worst, but it falls into a common theme with all Bowleros, in which they all get so incredibly greedy and always have all the lanes preoccupied with leagues and other events. For many years now, I constantly go to the lanes to long wait times and dry lanes because only leagues get those privileges. It’s as if they don’t care about their other customers.
