She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and making sure everyone has a positive experience. We eventually requested a refund and left. I would've rated them lower had it not been for the second associate who issued the refund and gave us a pass for 2 hrs of bowling at a location in our state.

The event manager, Brandon, was so helpful when it came to planning our event these past few months, and making sure things ran smoothly all day today. He was not even scheduled to work today, but purposely changed his plans around, and came in just to make sure we were taken care of—I mean I can’t imagine better service than that!! Our event room was already set up upon arrival, the food he suggested ended up being plenty (also very tasty), bowling lanes and arcade scene were both top notch, and everyone invited had an absolute blast. This place is a 10/10 for events, but truthfully, the service and having Brandon help us plan things out made our experience way beyond a 10/10. Because of him, and his team, we will be back for years to come! What a great staff, and what a great time! Thank yall!
