We came in with a party of 10 on a Saturday and Kayla the front desk girl was so friendly! Dan and her helped get our party right to a lane and we were assigned Valentine as a server! Valentine was amazing! He kept our waters cold and offered us a yummy vanilla Dr Pepper! We opted for a taco flight and it was so much more than we could imagine! Tacos and chips and salsa!! We gotta tower of modelo and valentine made sure it stayed full! We ended up buying 3! We had such a great time we will be coming back for my grandmothers birthday next week!

My friend and I are not bowlers by any stretch of the imagination, and we decided why not pretend to act like we know what we are doing and go bowling to try something new....and boy are we sore, but we don't regret it in the slightest. Aside from having some of the most personable individuals that are excited to welcome you into the building, we were given our shoes, told which lane to go to and were greeted by the kindest, tallest gentleman with an immaculate beard! His name was James. James was not only incredibly attentive, he was also equal parts knowledgeable as much as he was engaging and friendly! He told us about how he enjoys bowling, which is ultimately what brought him to his career at Lucky Strike, and he even went as far as to offer us some pointers and tips about how to improve our very embarrassing, lackluster bowling abilities. Beyond that, he also helped recommend some food and drink options, telling us about the Tinga tacos and making sure that we felt right at home in the most foreign environment. I can confidently confirm that while my friend and I still have A LOT of work to not embarrass ourselves, we will be back because James made us feel welcome! Lucky Strike is truly LUCKY to have someone like James representing their brand, and we look forward to continuing to come in and work on our bowling, while getting pointers and tips from James! If you get the chance to reserve him as your lane server, do yourself a favor and do it! You won't regret it....like my friend and I would if we asked to compete against, well, anyone!
