Last week I needed some help with my second backpacking trip to Havasupai and met Alec in the store. I was so surprised that he went above and beyond for me and my questions and recommended several good options not only for the hike but for the car camping as well. Since the experience was so great, I texted my friends from out of the state and asked them to use REI at Paradise Valley for their purchases. Hence proved again and again, the REI is the best option for your outdoorsy needs. Thank you brother Alec!

I need to find a new brand of hiking boots and water shoes. She both listened, offered good advice and even suggested a brand I didn’t consider based upon watching my fit and listening to my feedback. While many of these activities seem normal, my feet are a challenging size. Her attention to detail was exceptional. I’m a happy customer

He was able to confirm he actually had them and the he held them in the shoe department for us. (Husband wanted to try them on just in case). We got there, shoes were there and they fit perfect!
