- RIRichard Irwintoday5.0I forgot my swimsuit traveling to meet with family at a resort and called in to REI and spoke with Coyote and he pre-selected some for me so I was in and out of REI with the best board shorts ever. Thank You Coyote and Thank You REI!!!!
- ATAaron Taylortoday5.0Felipe is the man, helped me get exactly what I needed. The cashier was also giving me good info on my products. Top tier
- GVGary V6 days ago5.0Well, I must be taking Archery and Sun protection pretty seriously. I purchased my first Tilley Airflo UPF 50+ hat for $99.00 which comes with a lifetime warranty. You just have to register it on their website within 60 days of purchase. And also purchased my first Patagonia Rain jacket size medium, which fits me perfectly. The jacket cost $189.00 The staff at REI said Patagonia has great Customer Service and typically honors a lifetime warranty. I’ll be using that rain jacket for tomorrow’s outdoor tournament since there might be a significant amount of rain.☔️ The Customer Service that I received just now at REI was top-notch. There were literally two employees running all over the store helping me to try to find the right apparel.
- IIInstaWorldViaBelalOct 4, 20265.0I am impressed with REIs customer service and making sure that the customer is happy no matter what. From every store interaction. To their phone line. This company truly values their customer every step of the way. Especially if you are a co op member!
- CTCrystal TurnerSep 15, 20265.0We went this past weekend to prep for an upcoming trip. Neither of us had ever owned hiking sandals but were looking to get some. Sydney in the shoe department saw us browsing and came over to us. She talked us through the basics of different styles, asked important questions about what we would be using them for, and also gave us advice on different socks to pair and the different deals that were being run in the store. Sydney was extremely personable, helpful, and patient which made for one of the best experiences we've had at any of Arizona's REIs. We've dubbed this location our favorite as a result of this experience and are excited to try out our new gear!
