- DFDavid Fischer2 days ago1.0We came in shopping for a bike. 90% of the bikes are hanging up high off the ceiling, nearly impossible to see the prices and features. It's a poor shopping experience to have to ask someone to pull down each bike for a closer look. Taking a wall and having bikes stored two higher would work much better. REI, you can and should do better with how you merchandise bikes.

After returning to the cash register the GUY said "ohh, I cant return these there Wet" Duh !!! REI needs to get this dude some customer service training !!!! GOD BLESS 🙌
