- MKMary Kellermantoday2.0Visited this place with my husband and nephew. A mini birthday celebration. 3 games and a $30 game card and we were already over $100. Then we ordered 3 lemonades, cheese sticks, and a hot dog for the kid and it was $70. The place was clean, well decorated, but a bit dark. I fell off one of the steps going down to the alley. There are no legal hand rails present, the rubber covering the stair was coming apart, and the metal flashing was torn away from the wall. There were kids running thru the alley 🎳 and no one did anything. Needless to say we didn't have the best first experience. No one ever came back to check on me if I was okay.

- RERicki ErvinOct 7, 20264.0I am sorry I didn not mean to rate at 3 stars it was meant to be 4. Me and my family had such a great time today at the Christown location in Phoenix. For most of our time there we were the only ones in the whole bowling alley. Your staff was amazing engaging with my family with just have conversations and not bombarding them with just a whole lot of questions. We are already planning our next trip there.
- LELilian EscoSep 28, 20265.0We recently visited Lucky Strike Christown with our family, and honestly, we had such a great experience! I made our reservation online and was able to take advantage of the fall discount code, which made the whole experience even better. From the moment we checked in, we felt like VIPs! They had a cute little sign waiting at our lane with our reservation on it, which was such a nice touch and something I definitely wasn’t expecting. The girls at check in were super nice, helpful, and attentive. Our family had so much fun bowling, and the entire experience was just enjoyable from start to finish. We also ordered food and drinks, and everything just added to the fun atmosphere. I believe the manager’s name was Josh, and he was also amazing. He made sure everything was running smoothly and that our experience was top tier. You could really tell the staff cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. We will definitely be coming back! It’s not often you go somewhere with your family and leave feeling like you were genuinely taken care of. Thank you, Lucky Strike Christown, for such a fun family experience! 🎳❤️
- CGChele GeliSep 20, 20265.0I made reservations and paid online through the Lucky Strike website, two lanes for 9 teenagers to bowl together for 2 hours. We arrived about 30 minutes early to check in, get shoes, and were greeted by the manager on shift. She was so great! She walked me to the lanes and answered all my questions. The lanes were together so the kids were able hang out and bowl. It was super fun and an all around good experience. I would say the food is a little spendy, but what isn't these days?! We will definitely be returning soon. Big Thanks to the Lucky Strike Crew!!
