Ive been coming here all summer since the summer pass started. Great deal even if you can only make in once a week. The machines have recently been renovated and they work more smoothly. Dont have to worry about you're ball getting stuck. Shootout to Sophia, she's the server I get the most and she does an amazing job

Jaz, Minnie, Josh, Tyler and all the other employees have always been so helpful in my journey to learn bowling. The are all super helpful, informative, professional and friendly. I was there earlier this week and Minnie helped me with my league account. I am new to all of this. She made the process seamless and effortless. This team works really hard to make sure that the regulars and newcomers have a great experience. On a side note Dave, Debbie and Ricky in the Bowling Dynamics Pro shop are also top notch! If you need a ball, lessons or anything to up your pin slaying game. Bowling Dynamics is the place!

Let me just start out with saying this is going to be a very honest review and I will be touching on multiple subjects. First and foremost I want to shoutout some of the exemplary employees who truly set the standard of excellence customer service. Sophie and Bri, yall rock! They always have a smile on their face, quick to assist and always people I look forward to seeing each week. I find it disappointing that when leagues requested them as servers and bartenders they were not always provided in our area and we had sub par service by other employees instead. On the opposite side of things I want to highlight an employee/manager with room for major growth, Mini. Her attitude was always less than warm and friendly. I was typically meet with annoyance or incompetence to actually assist properly with the issues being experienced at this center. She constantly complained about requests wether it was regarding broken lanes, drink orders (I get when short staffed you have to fill in for other positions but it’s not cute to complain about someone ordering green tea shots, their not that hard to make. Especially when as a group we all did the same thing rather than being complicated with multiple different shots instead. And yes we heard you talking negative about it towards other employees) stuck balls, or even coming in to practice ahead of time and requesting a specific lane. Lucky Strike really knows how to treat a league… NOT. I was apart of the gay bowling Phoenix summer league here, which wavered from our home center Let it Roll bowl. The organization was exploring the potential to grow our leagues and possible form connections to expand our annual tournament PRIT, and at first it we were given the impression they would work hard to earn our business. Well that quickly went down hill. Within weeks of the league starting we were effected by the centers decision to change over to string pins. While I’m not upset at all by the strings what really got to me was the lack of transparency on the completion timeline. When we first heard this news it was expressed our league would not be affected and we would bowl free-fall the whole summer, midway through the league that was no longer possible as 20+ lanes were already changed and our league had to split styles. In addition we were canceled one week due to a cooperate booked party, who clearly valued private party money over the constant of a pre scheduled league, very disappointing. The GM Aris (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did always try to resolve our issues which was appreciate and did end up comping a final week pizza, wings, and fries buffet that the league intended to pay for which was a nice gesture. To say overall the summer league conditions were disappointing is unfortunate but truthful. Aside from league bowling I frequently visited the center to take advantage of the advertised free and discounted practice games. I of course knew to call in advance each time because during open bowl hours there is no guarantee of lanes being available. Knowing we were league bowlers they often placed us in the middle of large and rowdy groups, less than ideal especially when they typically had better options available. There were multiple occasion lane service was never provided to me during open bowling either at all or at a very slow pace. We typically had to deal with dirty tables with previous groups glassware and trash that was never picked up. The center did change to strings, but be warned the ball lifts are still original and we had multiple balls damaged during the summer. I’ve been told by manager Josh it’s in the works to be replaced but the beautification projects are taking priority. While the center always took responsibility and fixed the damaged balls it’s an annoyance no bowler wants to deal with. The rising cost of bowling is already slowly killing this sport but experiences like this remind bowlers why independent centers are important to support and keep around vs that of Lucky Strike who are profit minded.
