- GDGuy DiazAug 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Bowlero Union Hills. I asked to speak with a manager about an issue, and the person who identified himself as the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which made the situation even more frustrating. Regardless of the situation, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when speaking with someone in a management position. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses this type of behavior because it left a very negative impression of Bowlero Union Hills. Based on my experience, I would think twice before returning.

Compared with other nearby AMF and Bowlero locations, this location is by far the worst. They enforce rules that do not appear to be consistent with other locations, including refusing to allow groups to reserve lanes next to one another even when adjacent lanes are available. The equipment is also poorly maintained. Ball returns and pin-setting equipment routinely malfunction, interrupting games and making the experience frustrating. I attempted to file a complaint with Bowlero corporate. It appears that the complaint may have reached this location, but instead of improving the service, staff members seemed even more dismissive and rolled their eyes during interactions at the front desk. We have always made an effort to be polite and friendly with the employees, but the service continues to be unwelcoming and unnecessarily difficult. Buyer beware. Save yourself the frustration and drive to another nearby location. Your business does not feel appreciated here. If you don't believe me read the reviews for yourself. Makes you wonder if they are taking these things seriously?
