  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute legends. This is how you run a local business! I stopped in needing some help with an e-bike crank rebuild, and the guys here went completely above and beyond. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they actually let me use their shop tools right then and there to pull my crank arms off. To top it off, they hooked me up with a few free grease packets to finish the job properly. You don't find that kind of old-school hospitality just anywhere. They've earned a lifelong customer. If you want honest service and an awesome staff, look no further than Biker's Edge.

  One of the best Bicycle Shops I have ever been to. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. My E-Scooter battery is no longer working( possibly due ro AZ heat)so I can't use that to commute to work. I have a Bicycle that is so uncomfortable, the seat is rock hard. I went here to get a new seat and get it installed. They have great customer service and are friendly and was able to help me ASAP. I'm lucky I live close.

  As a novice to cycling, my son and I purchased a bike from a big box store. The tire went flat and we visited this store. The website was very inviting but what we experienced was far greater than what I imagined. Darren and the crew made us not only feel welcome but provided education and some laughs. I HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your biking needs and education. Hopefully we won’t need to come back 😊 but if we do, there is no other place for us.

  They fried my brand new custom battery. By leaving it on the power charger overnight and then constantly changing their story on how the battery fried. Finally, they said it's Arizona. You can't trust battery life in Arizona. ... After three doing over hundred dollars worth of work to my bike They refuse to replace the battery.Not only because it was too expensive , but because they don't know how and they tried to sell me a NEW Ebike , not even offering a discount for the damages , and major inconvenience to my bike. And they didn't even tell me they destroyed the battery.I had to find out the hard way when I got home with it. When I called in, they admitted that they accidentally left it on the charger for over 24 hours.When it fully charges in one hour, but kept changing the story., FINALLY saying they never left IT on the charger.For more than an hour
