  Best price to quality ratio in the valley and it’s not particularly close. The conditions and staff punch well above what you’re paying, which is rare in the Phoenix metro. One honest nitpick: tee time access feels increasingly structured around premium booking windows, which makes it harder for regular local players to get reasonable prime time slots. In a golf market like Phoenix, where the sport is already heavily shaped by tourism, it would be great to see a bit more protection for locals who play here year-round. That said, it’s still a standout value and an easy recommendation.

  Tee boxes a little rough but playable. Otherwise greens and fairways all on good shape, fun course with little challenges sprinkled in here and there. Also very very affordable if you have Phoenix City card.

  All I’ve done so far is the par 3 course. But I’m incredibly grateful for a low-cost opportunity to work on my game. You pay once and play as much as you want, just honor other parties and their time. 60 - 180 yard holes, almost no bunkers. Tee boxes are nasty, I like the fairways, and greens are rough as well.. few take care of their ball marks. But even from a poor tee box, you learn more about the game and become more versatile of a player. And I’ll take that all day long. You also get access to the practice putting green and chipping area as well as the range and the views are BEAUTIFUL. The 18 hole looks much nicer than the par 3.
