Ordered a Beretta 92FS Inox and was told, repeatedly, by multiple staff, that it was Italian-made. I asked specifically because that mattered to me. Turns out the frame is stamped made in USA. When I followed up, they claimed no one ever told me it was Italian-made and there is no return or exchange. I had also added a note to my order asking them to check for cosmetic issues before shipping. It was ignored and the pistol arrived with rust on the slide while it was very obvious just by looking at the firearm for 2 seconds. Then they first told me this was just a surface cosmetic issue they wouldn't handle. Then they said they'd warranty it. Then they emailed back and told me to just try cleaning it myself. Between the origin misinformation, the ignored order note, and the back-and-forth on the warranty, I can't recommend buying from them. Edit: after reading owner’s response here is part of their staff email to me on 28 Sep: “While the base 9mm frame was manufactured in the USA, the 22LR conversion kit currently installed on the pistol was manufactured in Italy by Pietro Beretta, as stamped on the slide.” Even the conversion kit was made in Germany by Umarex. How are they making these up? It’s very shameful for a company to tell their customers they are lying and won’t take responsibility. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware. There are lots of additional hidden charges and they will charge ridiculous prices for shipping. You will pay more than you are expecting to pay. Find a better retailer.

If you want to wait 3 months and spend at least 25% more on your purchase then this is the company for you. Totally disappointed with my last three experiences and I'm totally done with them. I've made over 15 orders over the last 10 years and I will never order from them again after the most recent experiences. They are a waste of time and they are ridiculously priced. The nail on the coffin was the $150 shipping cost on top of overpriced everything. That was just extortion.
