Their sales staff reviewed the types of clips available, which were well displayed, and gave recommendations. The friendly and professional support was greatly appreciated!

- SBSteven BeallSep 19, 20261.0It’s not often that I skip a small local store and pick the bigger box store instead. Well, I did. I bought shoes (because they were on sale), and a membership. I bought said membership because the $30 gift card that comes with it covers it - logic. I like to climb (a lot) and will need something inevitably. So, I just returned and tried to use said $30 card. I was one day late. A mention of that when selling the lifetime membership would have been nice. Could I have looked at the card for an expiration date - sure. I didn’t think one bit that said card would expire so quickly. 30 days is a crummy window to give when trying to acquire a new customer (which you failed to do with me). Not honoring that $30 now will cost you much more in me vying friends not support a giant chain and instead spend the extra $10 to support local, small business instead. In other words: I appreciate you for veering me back on the path of where money is much better spent. Thank you for the reminder. My local gym wouldn’t have blinked honoring something that is one day late. All the best to you (you don’t care - you’re giants).

They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the right products without making me feel pressured to buy anything. I especially appreciated how patient and professional everyone was. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and making sure they leave with the right equipment. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of outdoor and cycling gear. I will definitely be coming back to REI in the future and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
