I also LOVE that the room is dark! Not too dark you can’t see anything but dark enough that you can focus on yourself. No influencers filming their workout and no staring at yourself self-conscious. Over 30 this is so ideal. The classes go by so quickly because of the different rounds. Really enjoying this type of workout!
