- NMNecole Moreau3 days ago1.0So disappointed with the service here. First I called in and they recommended because of a Saturday night we reserve ahead of time, so we did. Then we get there and find out that we could have walked in and got unlimited bowling for $25.99, I asked if we could switch to that and told that we would have to pay for that and then email corporate and ask for a refund, but the refund was not guaranteed since we did it online and refunds are not allowed. So means I would have paid again and then lost the $219 i paid online. We played the 2 hours, didn't get to finish our game and also had to ask several times for a server just to get drinks. Beware when you go to this bowling alley. Also what's worse if you look at the reviews they only ever respond to the 5 star ones which means they don't care to try to fix these 1 star reviews.

We met with some family members and friends that said the prices were better than where would have originally gone but this was definitely not a get what you paid for kind of experience. Never again. I would drive an hour for better quality before ever come back to this bowling alley. Get new lanes and better service or Cut your prices in half and maybe I’ll change my review.

Half the time we couldn’t find the server we even had to hunt her down just to pay for our food when we were ready to go. We paid $72 for 2 people to bowl and all we got was a sampler which came out to $95 dollars! Worst rip off ever! 1 star service with “5” star prices! NEVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your money! FatCats or Top Golf would have been way better and worth the price!

But mostly a special shoutout to Kelly, the manager who was super sweet to us when we accidentally booked a reservation for the wrong day. She gave us one of the spare lanes at no charge, and we’re really grateful!

We always try to call ahead and NO ONE ever answers. I’ve pointed this out before to an associate and all they said to me was “OK” when getting turned away at the desk.
