- KAKim ArnoldOct 8, 20265.0REI is such a great store! Didn't realize we'd need help, but there was an assistant nearby who was so kind and helpful!
- KTKyle TSep 27, 20265.0Great store! The selection of products is 4-5, but the team at the Flagstaff REI exceeds the typical experience! For example, I recently went in for a heavy-duty rain jacket. To say REI team member Brad helped would be an understatement. He helped me figure out the right tool for the job and even delivered some invaluable fit advice. “Do you think you will wear a puffy under it? If so, let’s grab a puffy over here and make sure it fits!” Woah! My mind was blown! After that, Brad helped me work through the rest of my list. Even when he didn’t know everything to know about a product (which wasn’t often), he relied on his vast product knowledge and outdoor experience to make the best decision. The customer experience was everything you hope for! Big thanks to Brad and the rest of the Flagstaff REI team.
