- LSLeslie Smith4 days ago1.0Went to rei for a problem with an ebike. Told the man and his assistant the type of bicycle and showed them a pic and they said they would definitely work on it. Told us we could get a lifetime warranty there for future repairs. Brought it back the next morning. Waited 20 minutes for them to open. A different guy was there in the bike repair area. He said they don't work on that particular model. They don't sell them. They're cheap, but he'd take one quick look. Charged us $30, criticized it constantly. He said he didn't care who told us that. They will not work on it. Was rude and had an attitude the entire time. Won't buy anything from rei in future.
- KLKyle LarsonAug 20, 20265.010 out of 5 stars. My 240-lb size 11.5 brother had this pair of hokas for 5 months and tore the entire soles off of them. This store accepted the return. I purchased a more durable version that was instead 200$ with tax and intend to make him return them as soon as he notices delamination not wait and run on them cause he is trying to loose weight. This poor store absolutely puts out for the community consistently. We have lost several beloved outdoors stores including Peace surplus. Please, this store has earned your and the community's business. Please help them so they will continue to be here for you, we need to stand with the few remaining ethical businesses like this

Spent hundreds on my needs and joined the membership. Tried to use the discount card i received from joining to find they handed me an expired card. The “welcome to the family”, I was told feels pretty cheap. Online support is helpful
