  BE CAUTIOUS HERE. They don't answer phones. They don't take phone calls. Already I felt like I was dealing with the DMV. Of course you can buy your tickets online. I went to the website. I saw an advisement that the gondola was closed for lightning. I happened to refresh the page, and the advisement was gone. I refreshed again, and the advisement was gone again. WAS THE SNOWBOWL CLOSED OR NOT??? Again, they don't answer phones. I had to drive to the Snowbowl from Sedona to ascertain whether or not it was closed because they don't answer phones and their website was giving conflicting information. And, of course, they were closed. I RECOMMEND 3 THINGS... 1) ANSWER PHONES. BE NICE ON THE PHONE TOO. 2) If you steadfastly refuse to answer phones, change the recording to reflect the fact that the snowball is temporarily closed. Don't be so dang lazy and leave the same message all the time. 3) Don't have a screwy website. If the Snowbowl is closed, have the website say it's closed, even if I happen to refresh the page.

  What a fun way for a family to spend the day. Lots to do, nice trails, good fun, friendly staff.

  We had so much fun on the Gondola ride and hiking to the top. Grabbed a bite to eat and took it on the Gondola to the top

  Don’t get injured here, on top of the staff being incredibly rude in general; I saw a boy flip backwards on his skis bending his legs abnormally. As he cried for help the attendant near him laughed and waited like 60 seconds before unclipping his skis and asking him if he was okay. She watched him writhe around and struggle as she seemed to derive joy from his pain.
