  Had them work on an upper that was improperly gassed. Gave to them twice to fix it and paid both times. 2nd time they function tested the firearm and deemed it acceptable. I took it to the range and it still doesn’t work properly. Called in twice to lookup the invoice to know what work they did and they can’t find the invoice even though they logged it in and had it for several days. I asked if I have to pay a 3rd time to have them look at it and they said yes. Basically told me to keep paying until it works. If they actually fix the issue without charging me again I will update my review to 5 stars.

  Truly an absolute pleasure working with these guys. Very transparent, very straight forward about everything they do. If you have an FRT, then they can do it!   I visited chandler tactical last week for an engraving job for my grandson and nieces 1 st birthday gifts. I thought the recommendation was an error I got to the store and 5 very kind fun men helped me with the baby gifts amongst a wall covered with guns and ammunition . It was a little nerve wracking at first for me,I had never visited a gun store. The men were so kind patient helpful with me I left with my receipt waiting to hear from them with letter choices . They do laser engraving for many things other than weapons. I walked out of the store smiled thinking the afternoon started with a quest to have engraving done on silver baby cups and a hair brush. 2 engraving trophy shops did not have the type of machine needed for the job. The trophy shop near my home recommended the gun shop. Best experience with a great story to tell my grandson and niece when they are old enough to understand . Thankyou Chandler tactical firearms !
