Everyone is extremely kind and helpful whenever there is an issue with a lane and the staff know our drink order when we walk in. Everyone is so wonderfully helpful and nice to talk to. The one downside is there is often a lot of league bowling after 5 PM on weekdays, so it may be good to call ahead to check availability. We are big fans of the summer bowling pass.

The rack didn’t have suitable weight balls for our kids, so we asked Emily if they can help us get the lightweighted balls. Instead of helping, she told us we have to “deal with it”. We later found out those lanes were unused, and Emily and her coworker (whom we also asked separately) could have easily told us that those lanes are empty and we can grab those balls. For the price we paid, basic courtesy and customer service should be expected. Very disappointing.

Used to go to another location and buy it all the time as my one drink when bowling. I came back and got it again, but this time as a double. There was no trace of alcohol in it. Finished the whole thing and didn't feel anything. Fun for the family, not fun for drinking.
