- BKBrian KeeneJul 3, 20261.0Boy, this place went downhill fast. I stopped by today, Friday, July 3rd. I had called the alley five times about 30 minutes after they opened to confirm lanes were available and no tournaments were going on. Nobody ever answered. I decided to try my luck anyway and found beer stains on the floor from the night before, food on the ground in my assigned lane, and eight balls still left on the rack that I had to put away myself. To top it off, there was no oil at all on the lanes, and it took 45 minutes just to get one order of small fries. I only got them that quickly because I went up to check on them and was told they had "just been dropped." At this point, about 15 lanes were in use, so they were not "45-minute wait for fries" busy by any means. This will be the last time I use this alley.

We purchased the Family Unlimited bowling package at 16 dollars per person, anticipating we would be able to bowl during the advertised 11 AM to 3 PM timeframe. The Bowling Experience: Our lane timer shut off after only two hours. When we approached the counter to ask why, we were told by the staff that the unlimited offer is not actually unlimited and is subject to manager discretion. This disclaimer was not mentioned in the advertisement we viewed. When we pointed this out, we were told to take the issue up with corporate. It was particularly frustrating to learn that the employee we were speaking with, who was extremely rude and unprofessional regarding our concerns, was the manager on duty, EMIlY. Food and Service: On a positive note, our server was kind and attentive for the majority of our visit. However, there is a lack of transparency regarding the menu. We ordered the sampler, not realizing that customers cannot choose the dipping sauces. We mistakenly expected nacho cheese for the pretzels based on the menu imagery, but were served honey mustard. When we requested a side of cheese from counter staff, we were charged an additional 1.77 dollars. Even the staff member at the counter noted that our server should have informed us that the cheese was an extra charge. He offered a league discount for the cheese but it was still 1.77 Final Thought: We feel the unlimited branding is misleading given the reality of how the lanes are managed. We were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from management "EMILY" when we sought to resolve these issues. Should we receive an apolog from "EMILY" for the attidide and unperfessionalism, I would be happy to update this review.
