  The layout is aesthetically pleasing, although it does not align with my expectations. Food Quality: 3/10 Arcade Games: 6/10 Customer Service: 2/10 The staff exhibited discourteous and impertinent behavior. I maintained my composure to prevent them from spoiling my evening. Overall, the experience is acceptable. The cost of bowling is $30 per individual.

  Bowlero is the place to be for a weekend family night out or celebrating a win through a company event. Bowlero has an arcade, pool tables, and bar if you prefer not to bowl. The atmosphere is clean, well-lit, and lanes are well maintained. The employees are welcoming and caters to their guest needs... 10/10 recommend !!!

  The bowling alley was very clean and nice. Loved the food as well. We went for a 2 day tournament and everyone was so friendly. They also had a great bowling shop, a huge arcade and a bar in there.

  So I go bowl a lot in my life never have I ever been told the dumper for bowling is strictly for children the lady with locs light skinned is not nice a person she needs a new job horrible customer service they have a pizza deal but they oven is broken crazy after this I didn’t want to spend another dime in this place do better I’m pretty sure corporate would not allow what’s going on here👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) We truly appreciate Bowlero Montgomery hosting today’s tournament and especially the gesture of providing water for the athletes—that matters during long competition days and did not go unnoticed. That said, I want to offer constructive feedback regarding lane functionality and flow. There were multiple lane issues and extended delays, which significantly impacted timing, rhythm, and overall athlete performance. Tournament play requires consistency in lane conditions and pace, and prolonged interruptions create a competitive disadvantage for bowlers who are ready to perform. For future events, I strongly encourage: - Ensuring all lanes are fully operational prior to tournament start - Having a clear contingency plan for lane malfunctions - Communicating delays proactively and respectfully to athletes and families We value the space and the opportunity to compete here, and with improved lane reliability, this could be an even stronger tournament experience for everyone involved. Thank you again for hosting and for supporting youth bowlers.
