- AEAndrea Edmon3 days ago5.0We had the best customer experience at REI tonight. Cole & Steve were both so friendly and helpful! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. So glad we went tonight and so glad they were both there!
- LHLisa HunterSep 28, 20265.0Stopped by trying to find a 110v battery charger for my European e-bike. I was happily surprised by the professionalism, knowledge and great customer service of the young man working in the bike department! He called twice later the same say to give us updates. Incredible customer service! Thank you!
- KPKevin B PriceSep 20, 20264.0I really do like this store and I think their REI branded products are high quality ( specifically the men's trailmade pants). I weather them as my choice work pants and have purchased about 10 pairs in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, they almost never have the sizes I need so I end up having to order online. 30x 34 or 28x32 are almost never in stock.

- RRRoosevelt RayfordAug 31, 20262.0REI disappointed me. I went there to purchase mirrors for my e-bike. They had a limited couple of small inefficient mirrors I couldn't use. I also wanted to buy a strap-on headlight to go on my helmet. Wasn't sure if the strap was long enough to go around it. Besides; the price was outrageous. I told the guy I saw one in Lowe's and I will check it out... I bought it for about 2/3 of the price REI was charging. I asked if they still sell e-bikes. There were none. I actually took my e-bike there to have repairs about three years ago. It seems they are the emphasizing bike parts and supplies. I'm going to head to other places that are more serious. I don't know what they're doing to be honest???
