- JEJohn EckhartOct 2, 20265.0Pro shop knows their stuff!!! They will watch you bowl, take your measurements listen to your wants and hook you up with a ball that fits you. They will make sure you're happy before leaving and will even allow you to come back weeks later if it needs adjusting. Absolute gem in bowling service! They pick a ball to suit you not what suits their bottom line. Just walked out with black widow 3.0 and couldn't be happier they even let you bowl before and after for free.

If we had a question or needed help, it only took about 2 minutes for it to be resolved. He was compassionate, involved, and just a smiling face that made us feel so appreciated for our business.

Spent $122 for myself and children to bowl. 40mins into our bowl we had to switch lanes due to the lane just completely shouting off while bowling. So they moved us a lane over….well the issue with this lane is the balls we’re not coming back up after you bowled. Then not to mention they placed I’m assuming they were college students around 20 of them next to use and you couldn’t hear yourself think not enjoy your time. And I also told the guy at the front counter the balls were getting stuck and his response was “umm yea”. I wasted money on this and wasn’t there no time and overall experience was by far our worst. I def would like someone to be in contact with me about this because I feel my money was wasted and my time was not enjoyed at all. We were in lane 6 then lane 7 on 9/12/26 from 8-9:30pm.

Ive bowled for over 25yrs and i have to admit that this is the dirtiest nastiest place ive ever bowled. When i finished my hands were black and my ball was absolutely filthy. Not the mention the broke down lanes. The first lane they put us on was broken so we moved. We only bowled twice (that was only because we had paid for it) and our balls got stuck 5 times on the next lane. The buttons to call the front were broken. And there was no one working in the back so someone had to walk all the way from the front to the back to return our balls. The manager was very nice and polite. However, just dont bother to go.
