  Reached out to Iconic on a general question about a cart I was working on for a family member. Trevor talked to me about the issue and took time to review some photos via email. Did not look likely that Iconic was going to have the parts I needed in stock but Trevor still took the time to help.

  Amazing people to work with very pleasant and quickly resolved any issues that we had and the only issue had was we wanted a sound bar and it wasn’t available and they were ordering one but we received it and everything is all well

  My age prompted a decision to acquire a golf cart. However, the availability of options meeting our needs and wants were limited until we came upon Iconic carts. As with some transactions, minor issues arose that ultimately provided confidence in my purchase when resolutions were effectively met. This was our first cart purchase that was delivered to our doorstep by a professional as the same quality character as my salesman. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
