Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they acted annoyed and dismissive when I asked simple questions. Customer service matters, especially at a place that’s supposed to be fun and relaxed like a golf simulator.
- CCCharlesSep 24, 20255.0I’ve gone to two other golf sims where I could not use my driver because the ceilings were too short. I was happy to see that this facility has tall ceilings, and I could use all of my clubs. I enjoyed my session here and the owner was very nice. I’ll be coming back.
