  I bought a Cannondale bike on 5/3/26. The tech didn't feel comfortable installing the kickstand that day and i was advised to return when a more experienced tech was on shift. I returned on 5/8 and was told they are fully booked until June. I am very irritated with the customer service experience.

  These guys stand behind their awesome products. I live in North Pole Alaska and have several Kuhl Parkas, and many many pants. But this post is about a winter parka that I bought 4 years ago and the zipper started giving me issues. I contacted them and they had me send it in and they repaired it for free, AND shipped it right back. Now at 40 below, I'm a happy camper again. Love thier products for work and play.

  I’ve shopped there twice in the past month and had great service each time. Their selection for Fairbanks is very good. I didn’t expect to see the same variety of good as in Anchorage. Obviously the store is much smaller, but I was still able to find what I needed. Yes they are a bit expensive, but most REI stores are compared to other options.
