The tech didn't feel comfortable installing the kickstand that day and i was advised to return when a more experienced tech was on shift. I returned on 5/8 and was told they are fully booked until June. I am very irritated with the customer service experience.

But this post is about a winter parka that I bought 4 years ago and the zipper started giving me issues. I contacted them and they had me send it in and they repaired it for free, AND shipped it right back. Now at 40 below, I'm a happy camper again. Love thier products for work and play.
