The sale rep was very condescending with remarks and then added “money will return to card unless fraud”. I’ve never experienced a return like this before and will not be supporting this store again.

The only downside is that prices are at a premium, especially for non REI brands. But here you often get what you pay for. You can get world class gear if you are willing to pay world class prices.
