- SCSherry Chen2 days ago3.0They need to staff more people at the register… I was waiting in line for 15min, the 10min of which there was one person working the counter and they had to go through a whole membership sign up process. The line went way beyond the designated line area. And when it finally got to me the lady looked at me with all this judgment when I denied to donate to the REI fund. I’ve been to so many REIs in the country and had never felt so unwelcomed.
