Never seen more people working the bike department, a dozen families all clamoring, a few solos such as myself, still got assisted pretty quick given the flood of humanity. Found the items I needed, left pleased and surprised. They were on their A game. Kudos to the Anchorage staff. They were killing it.

So I came in person, and they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me order what I wanted. Just told me they couldn’t help. Also, was trying to exchange/return a jacket that had problems the day I got it. They said it was my fault and wouldn’t refund me. What am I a member for if they they won’t help me out
