  Waited 15 minutes in the "line starts here" sign and was never helped. Multiple people who entered after me were helped. Will not visit store again. I tried multiple times to get different employees attention with no luck.

  I’ve been coming here for 4-5 years and have always appreciated the KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, and helpful staff. I don’t think I ever met an employee who didn’t appear to love his job. Almost always have what I need in stock and provide great prices. Thanks for supporting local hobbyists!

  I don’t want to leave a one star review just want to get my point across. I was standing by someone driving an R/C car on a course at Hot Import nights. I get approached and he asked me if I’d ever driven this type of car. I said no only the outdoor types. I bumped into the course a few times as expected not understanding how to drift. He gets impatient right in front of families and says if you want to try it again you’re going to have to try the one’s over there that the kids were driving and walks away. Way to make a potential customer who owns R/C stuff feel embarrassed in front of everyone. Next time don’t offer or just say these are difficult maybe you can learn better with the other type to get the concepts down. I bet that worker would bump into walls on the Super Mario Odyssey R/C minigame. Rant over support local businesses something something…
