I live over an hour away. Worse in rush hour. I told him the next day would be fine. Said I would be home at 1pm, he was sitting in my driveway in cart when I pulled up. Easy transaction. Everyone loves the cart, too. Would purchase from him again.

We needed to have a cart delivered for a memorial ceremony to allow the widow of a deceased bicycle rider to follow club bikers up “NICE HILL” in remembrance of her husband. The cart delivery time was critical as the group of bikers came several miles before ascending “nice hill” surrounding the widow in your cart. The cart was picked up exactly at the time requested. You met the needs of this somewhat time critical enterprise perfectly. Your price was reasonable, your representative a pleasure to work with and the deposit was returned promptly. The way you handled this unusual, and we thought important, request shows remarkable business savvy and I’m sure says everything about your day to day service.
