The staff are super nice, the other kids are helpful, kind, and really talented, and lastly, they show that diamonds are formed under pressure. Not under laziness. Thank you for your time :)

I've made some great friends during my time training here! Customer for life! (Softest training mats in East Texas too!)

He’s very patient, takes time to explain techniques in a way they understand, and really builds their confidence. You can tell he truly cares about his students and their progress. I’d highly recommend this gym for both kids and adults.

The Only thing I would change is I wish I could get on the Facebook page. They take frequent pics to post and they have tried to help me figure out why I can’t see their page but still can’t. They say it is on their end but been trying a year now and they haven’t figured out.
