  As someone who has firsthand experienced this (14yo) it's a really cool place. The staff are super nice, the other kids are helpful, kind, and really talented, and lastly, they show that diamonds are formed under pressure. Not under laziness. Thank you for your time :)

  This place is such a great family environment to have your kids train! The owner really cares about the people and the professor, Plinio, is a great instructor! I've made some great friends during my time training here! Customer for life! (Softest training mats in East Texas too!)

  We couldn’t be happier with this jiu jitsu studio. The professor is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job working with the kids. He’s very patient, takes time to explain techniques in a way they understand, and really builds their confidence. You can tell he truly cares about his students and their progress. I’d highly recommend this gym for both kids and adults.

  Have had grandson here since 3. He 6 now. Absolutely the best and looked at a couple Places. Instructors top notch. Patience and kind.very professional atmosphere. The Only thing I would change is I wish I could get on the Facebook page. They take frequent pics to post and they have tried to help me figure out why I can’t see their page but still can’t. They say it is on their end but been trying a year now and they haven’t figured out.

  Recently visited GB Tyler over the Thanksgiving holidays. So excited to see such friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming people teaching jiu-jitsu in East Texas. This was my first traveling outside of my home area, and they made the visit not only enjoyable but educational. To Professor Plínio, thank you for the roll and walking me through my deficiencies. Professor Ben, thank you for taking time during our roll to show that gripe, already putting it to good use today. To everyone that was gracious enough to roll with me, a visiting spacey white belt with no stripes, thank you for understanding and allowing me to work with you all. This is a wonderful school that anyone will be able to walk into, feel welcomed, be able to learn, and enjoy the sport and the art. Thank you all, see you at Christmas. I will be looking forward to it.
