Stage 1 and the bike looks and feels zero different literally same noise rub on the disc break and road grime and mud from last ride on it since I turned it in that morning right after.... great job on my dropper seat... but not convinced the stage one got comleted... In pics you see sweat and grime on my hands sand and carbon up oil... not impressed at all... sorry gents got to be real...

So as a OG Dad who lost patience with my teenagers BMX bike which might be worth a stick of gum and 50 cents, they treated me like a person bringing a $5K bike that they might normally service. Scott was amazing, put a new chain on in 10 minutes and I was gone, fun to converse with and just answered random questions I had about thier bike business and industry. Being in the service industry and having a Dad who owned a Auto shop growing up, I would encourage those considering a new purchase or on going maintenence for high end road bicycles to go see these folks, just for how they treat every person that walks through the door with world class attention and service.

Went to Bikeland to buy another Giant bike for my youngest and felt like I was being taken to the cleaners, even though I’ve been a long time customer they left me walking out without purchasing anything and walking over to Trek (where I usually get my Canyon FS bike serviced) after seeing that the 20” bike was on sale and then almost the same cost. No-brainer.
