Very misleading pricing and poor communication. When we arrived, we were clearly told that the price was $12.99 per person for unlimited bowling, plus $6 for shoe rental. There were 4 of us, so based on that information, the total should have been around $76. To my surprise, I was charged $181 for 4 games!! I called the bowling alley to question the charge, and only then was I told that the $12.99 unlimited deal applies after 9 PM. This raises a very simple and reasonable question: If the unlimited price was not valid at the time we arrived, why were we told it was unlimited at all? That information was incorrect for the time we were there, and it directly influenced our decision to bowl. This feels extremely misleading, and the staff failed to clearly explain the pricing upfront. Had we been properly informed, we could have made a different decision. Transparency matters, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I do not recommend this place unless you get everything in writing and confirmed beforehand.

Great vibes and solid service. Jason, the GM, was cool and really took care of us. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

I remember when this place was AMF back in 2013 and actually decent. You could walk in and get a lane, even at night, without waiting forever. Now it’s Bowlero and it’s an absolute mess—packed all the time, and you end up waiting hours just to bowl. Why turn a small building into a Bowlero? If you’re going to rebrand, at least expand the place instead of cramming people in like sardines. It feels like they took something that worked and made it worse. They also got rid of all the good deals. Bring back unlimited bowling, because whatever pricing they have now is a rip-off. Honestly, this place is only tolerable if you go during the day—and even then, be prepared to spend way too much money. And don’t bother with the arcade. The machines are usually broken, which seems to be a Bowlero problem across all their locations. Overall, overpriced, overcrowded, and a huge downgrade from what it used to be.

Staff was nice. Sitting at lanes is very very small. The so called tables at the lanes.....tooooo small. No lids for our cups were provided. The Togo box for our leftover pizza not adequate at all.

It was a good experience to play. I feel the staff could improve. The male server was rude and the female server was obviously looking for tip for a plate of fries. Tipping culture needs to die. Raise the prices, pay servers well and end tipping. The staff didnt ruin our overall experience but wanted to note it for review purposes. We can't tip based on bringing over fries, mcdonalds also walks over fries to you from behind a counter. It is based on service.
