Jacob and the folks in the bike shop talked me through the bike so could be confident in the purchase and get the right bike for me. Then they solved our problems getting it home by helping us select a roof rack, mount the rack, and secure the bike. It made it home without a scratch and I could not have got this awesome bike without their help!
