  Had a flat , came in without warning and received terrific on the spot repairs. They didn’t have to put their work aside for me. Then received excellent advice on buying a few extra things. Jake and colleague, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled.

  When my family and I were doing a bike ride through the south missions area. I got a flat tire and had to limp to the store. We told the staff of our situation and even though they were fully booked, Jake and his colleague were super accommodating and were able to fix my flat tire within 10 minutes. They also helped us pick out a bike repair kit. The team here were super friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back to get a full service as the team here were excellent. Highly recommended!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped into the Trek Bicycle Store of San Antonio with a flat tire and honestly could not have asked for better service. The team took excellent care of us — and then some. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to jump in and help. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and their bikes. Highly recommend this shop if you’re ever in a pinch or just need great, reliable bike service in San Antonio. We’ll definitely be back! 🚴‍♀️

  After visiting several bike shops in San Antonio and having a clear idea of the bike I wanted to upgrade to, I found exactly what I was looking for at Trek SA South. The team truly took the time to understand my needs and matched me with the perfect bike — a Trek Checkpoint SL5. Jake, the store manager, immediately welcomed me, listened carefully, and answered all of my questions. He set up a few different bikes for sizing and test rides to make sure I found the right fit. I hadn’t planned on making a purchase that day, but the personal attention and overall experience Jake and the staff provided made the decision easy. I’ve replaced my mountain bike — which I had been using for both road and light off-road riding — with this incredible gravel bike. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health and hobby in years.
