  Been here five times with the same problem. Each time they say the same thing, they got 2 stars because the staff are nice and the only charged me twice for the four or five times they replaced the tube. They could never figure out the root cause of needing to replace my tube on the front wheel after riding it only a few miles. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and hope they can fix my bike.

  Yesterday my mother (who was visiting San Antonio) went to the store to purchase disk break pads for my road bike. Given that she is not a cyclist, I sent her the exact model I needed: L05A RF. Mario, the vendor, sold her some pads, and she thought she was buying the correct ones. Again, she is not a cyclist and has no idea how to identify the products. Unfortunately, when she came back from her trip and gave me the pads, I immediately noticed they were not the ones I asked for. These pads are for MTB or gravel and they are not compatible with ultegra. Neither my mom, nor myself, live in San Antonio. I am asking for a refund of the purchase. If you want your pads back, I will be happy to send them to you if you send me a pre-paid guide.
