My husband and I were shopping for bikes, and while he found one at another store, I didn’t see anything I liked there. We stopped at Trek, and I ended up choosing a bike that wasn’t assembled yet. I test rode similar models, and they assembled mine very quickly. When my husband picked it up the next day and I rode it for the first time, I realized I didn’t like it at all. Devin called to check in and asked how the bike was. We told him I wasn’t happy with it, and he immediately invited us to come back. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the salesman who originally helped me. We brought it in the following week, and the same salesman helped me find the perfect bike. They also made the return process super easy, which took a lot of stress off me. I absolutely love my new bike! A few days later, Devin called again to make sure I was enjoying it. Excellent customer service and genuine care. I highly recommend coming here!

The last year or two have been bumpy but it seems like they’ve found a fantastic manager in Devyn. Him and his team have been extremely helpful. Typically getting me in and out.
