My experience started with Tim on the phone, answering my questions and giving me a strategy for my bike rebuild. I arrived and met Tim who helped me assess the bike and answered a flurry of questions about his floor inventory. The back mechanic, Klause came out and performed a full written evaluation and we both agreed the project was not feasible...NO SALES, JUST HONESTY. All in all both guys spent thier time helping me and I was convinced with my experience, that this was my store in San Antonio Want to meet real people with a true shared passion for cycling, ask for Tim and if your lucky to peel Klause away from his repairs in the back..WOW...what a treat..! TREK is a great brand, but in business, its all about your people that convey a positive experience as a model of true long term success.
