  Staff was great! Special shout out to Efren. We drove 4 hours to buy a bike and he went above and beyond to make our time there exceptional. Would definitely recommend!!

  I was in San Antonio for a weekend event and brought my bike. Long story short, I flatted and forgot my tire repair bag. I went to the Trek in Alamo Heights and asked if i could buy a tube and fix the flat there in the store. Efram, the mechanic on duty did one better than let me borrow tire levers. He fixed my flat and had me on my way is less than 10 min. What a great experience! Thank you for making my day!

  Great place to fine tune your bicycle, especially if it’s a folding bicycle. Everyone was friendly in treating you like the number one customer. Very professional, and knowledgeable about bicycles. This is one place where you encounter honest opinion of what your bike really needs. This is one place I most definitely recommend.
