  Rich helped me find a great pair running shoes to meet my needs. He was extremely helpful and very patient as I tried on many many pairs. He had a great knowledge of all of the stock different features of each shoe and provide provided me great insight and options. Alex was my cashier and he was also very friendly and helpful explaining different policies and things to know about REI. Great customer service I will for sure be back!

  Went in to look at a bike, felt very humiliated when the store associate would not let go of the bike. I wanted to pick it up, throw my leg over it and get a feel for it, dude had a death grip like he was looking at a criminal. This was inside the store, and i was wearing my crocs. I wont go back.
