- AMAlexis MorganOct 26, 20251.0The manager tonight, Allison, failed horrible at resolving a simple request. 2 seperate paying customers, assigned to two seperate lanes so we were also playing on our own lanes to begin with , lane 1 and 13z for some reason we weren’t allowed to have two lanes next to each other and the only explanation Allison could give me was because “we new each other” and “we’re rigging the system” once I mentioned that she was discriminating us because we knew one another she immediately walked away as if I insulted her. This is beyond unprofessional

The food and drinks was right up there with the entertainment The establishment is clean and appealing to the eye bathroom was well tended to staff professional pleasant and there is lots of parking space

This location must have gone thru a complete renovation because inside, everything is updated, including the type of pins. The lanes were oiled excessively and the pins being on strings made the pin and ball reaction unrealistic. The location on where the house balls goes was only on one side of the alley, so my lane was PACKED with 10 house balls from prior bowlers. This might be ok for some, but I had my own ball and it made for an inconvenience.
