Not all of the consoles in the lanes have good communication to the front desk when you need assistance and on lanes one through eight, they have no control over the ceiling fans. They just go at high speed which causes you to be a little cold or chilly when you’re bowling in the winter time when ask about changing the speed apparently it’s a corporate decision with Bowlero to not fix it because they would have to do bids and it get complicated so they don’t wanna repair it

Went to go bowl on a Sunday afternoon and was told we couldn’t cause of “no lanes were available” . There were at least 20 lanes open. Complete empty bowling alley. They should just put a sign on the door not open to public. Go elsewhere to bowl. In fact the two ladies at the front were telling people to go to lucky strike. This is how you treat customers tell them to go elsewhere.

We had a great time despite our reservation being pushed back an hour later. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially when one of our lanes kept having issues.

Spring break bowling is so fun! So many specials, we went for the all you can bowl for $12.99 per person which included shoes, until 5:00 p.m. The staff was friendly, food was terrific, we are definitely going back!
