Had a great time here with my son, we bowled, played pool, and played some games in the arcade ! They had space invaders ! That was so fun

We recently discovered AMF Richardson and it is so much fun! Everyone who works there is so friendly and treats you like they’ve known you for years. A wonderful environment, great food, and fantastic people. Highly recommend!!

Have been a pretty consistent regular here for about the last 7-8 months because of bowling leagues. Has always been great but I’ve noticed over the last few months just some above and beyond attention to detail and service that is hard to miss. Love coming here. Thanks to Kyle, Xander, Karita, April, Phat (does he still work there? lol) and everybody else I see each time I’m in there. They make the place a great place to go to.

It was the most ‘Wonderful’ experience tonight! It was our first time here and decided to book a fun family night. The management team and all of the personnel were amazing the entire night. It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday or a night gathering with family for fun! Will definitely book again soon! We’re from Terrell.

I was having so much fun bowling with my best friend. We are loyal customers and come back almost every week on Thursdays. My boyfriend also comes on random days just to bowl.
However, tonight we had a really bad experience. As it got closer to closing time, the staff member named Chris made the experience uncomfortable for us.
Around 10.10 PM he kept watching our table and came over to start clearing things, even though we still had a full pitcher of beer. He asked, “Are you guys done with this? I just want to make sure you guys are safe out there.” That comment felt unnecessary and a bit disrespectful. We know our limits.
He continued checking on us repeatedly, and we felt rushed to leave. At around 10:50 PM he said, “It’s 11 PM, it’s time.” Meanwhile, we could still see people on the other side finishing their games.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for four years, and I would never treat guests this way if the goal is to keep loyal customers coming back. We completely understand that staff want to go home at closing time, but we were still respectful customers who had spent money not only on bowling but also on drinks.
On top of that, our personal bowling ball got stuck in the lane and we had to wait about 15 minutes for help. The staff member at the front was still in training and tried to reach out to someone, but it took a very long time before anyone came to assist.
I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration so future guests and loyal customers don’t have a similar experience.
