If I could give 0 stars I would. Signed my son up for baseball with this trash place and the baseball director is the epitome of non caring when it comes to the kids. Raising a concern about the treatment of my child to him and his response is oh the coaches are not paid and they do the best they can. Excuse me?? A child’s best interest should be your top concern. DO NOT SIGN YOUR KID UP WITH PSA PLANO!!!! Oh and the coach that my son had a problem with is Coach Jacob. Beware of him.

The baseball director is VILE. He does not care about your kids. He threatens coaches. Do not let your kids play here.

PSA is a great organization, and both of my kids have been part of it. My oldest is now a referee — his very first job — and it’s been an incredible opportunity for him to learn responsibility and leadership.
But let’s be clear: this is a recreational league. It is not the NFL. It is not the NBA. It’s not the World Cup. The referees are often teenagers working their first job, and they deserve to be treated with basic respect.
The yelling, criticism, and sideline behavior from some adults is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. These are kids officiating kids. If we expect young athletes to show sportsmanship and self-control, then adults need to model that same behavior.
Youth sports should be about development, learning, and character — for everyone involved. Respect the refs. Respect the game. And remember why we’re here.
