  I would give zero stars if that were an option. My son attended a community outing at this location today, and he and his peers were treated very poorly by a staff member. They were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable after being told they were “taking up too much space” and “causing customers to leave.” REI is a place for everyone, and all adults — including those with disabilities — deserve to feel respected and included in their community. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to be more welcoming, understanding, and inclusive toward all customers.

  My overall REI experience is amazing, I'm new to the outdoors and their employees are always so knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I went in and one of the employees helped be understand what type of gear I needed for the type of adventure I was going on. Going to REI reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents took me to Toys R US, if they had a coffee bar I would be there everyday

  Store is very clean and staff are super helpful. Lot of nice outdoor stuff to shop for. Kids selection is very limited though.

  Amanda in bikes was amazing. Very knowledgeable and even more helpful. Looking for a bike for 13 yr old grandson.
