Call today at about 10:30 AM to speak to customer service about an issue, we’ve been having with our account. We were told that our account would be resolved on Monday and be able to use it later on that day per today. The issue has not been resolved. Still unable to get access to our account. The customer service rep is extremely rude and seems like she does not want to help you giving vague answers and just coming off very condescending on all we’re trying to do is resolve an issue but it seems like she is unwilling to help or is mad for some reason. Working in customer service and dealing with parents and kids. This type of service is not acceptable.

I want to express my deep disappointment with the organization of the volleyball championship at PSA. My daughter and her team, a group of talented and passionate Latina girls, were victims of clear acts of discrimination throughout the tournament. There was a complete lack of fairness from some referees and very unprofessional behavior from certain coaches of other teams, who openly tried to disqualify them — not because of their performance, but because of their background. It was painful to watch how the hard work and dedication of these girls were dismissed simply for being who they are. Sports should bring people together, not tear them apart. What happened was heartbreaking, not only for the players but also for the families who witnessed these injustices. I truly hope the organization takes responsibility and makes the necessary changes so no other team has to go through something like this again.

My kids have been involved in baseball and basketball in PSA for the last 7 years and we have had the best experience. The baseball director, Ryan, and the basketball director, Mikaila truly care about the kids in their programs as well as the quality of the programs they offer. I highly recommend it to anyone with kids just getting started in sports or those who are looking to sharpen their skills.

A few seasons of PSA baseball after a decade in other leagues with two baseball players in our family. The coaches in this league are great, the umpires are the best we’ve come across (with the occasional exception), and overall the league is run really well. The players are learning and developing in a competitive environment and the coaches are genuinely interested in helping them grow not just in skill, but in their understanding and love for the game as well as character development and treating teammates and opponents with dignity and respect. Not much more you can ask of a sports league. The director is truly devoted to seeing area youth become young men and women of integrity, commitment, and kindness through the sport as they increase in their joy of playing ball. Wish other area directors had the same gentle and focused desire for their leagues. I would highly recommend PSA if you have a young baseball player.

Nothing but issues. Ridiculous to restructure an entire league in the middle of a season with no appropriate reason. I will never recommend playing PSA baseball to anyone. In fact if you have a competitive team please go anywhere else. The person who runs the league has “20 years of coaching experience” obviously only cares about numbers and nothing else. Ryan if you read this I hope you know you lost a great team due to this stupid experience you’ve created.
