I have personally seen staff do their best to juggle many things at once and give a customer's the feeling of a VIP experience. Preacher himself will take time out to visit with and deal with multiple customer's. Preacher and his staff go out of their way to treat customer's like family,regardless the size or amount of the transaction. I have also seen staff take time to go over collections big or small and give quotes. That customer has the option to sell on the spot or shop around with zero pressure. We are fortunate to have a shop in our own backyard without the drama or headaches. This shop is rooted with a Biblical foundation. Best prices around whether buying or selling. He uses Kitco (you should too) for spot prices, which is the best and most accurate. He and staff are happy to explain all premiums and buy back prices. They run all the numbers right in front of you and tell you exactly what they are seeing the market doing that day. They are very trustworthy.
