  If you told me 6 months ago I’d be writing this review I would have thought you were crazy. Ever since there best trainer and GM left at the beginning of March the place has gone to crap. There is literally never anyone at the desk and the trainers open up for class 5 minutes or less before the class starts and sometimes are even late. I put my 30 day cancellation notice in over a month ago, sent 4 emails between my husband and I, left multiple voicemails and my husband spoke to someone on the phone who said they would relay the message to the owner. Other than the one phone call, not a single email or voicemail was responded to and the person that my husband spoke to never passed along any message for us. They have now charged us again. Now we have to deal with our credit card company to get this resolved and will probably be going to the better business bureau. This is not how a business should be run. I am so disappointed because this truly was my new favorite hobby but this location ruined it. If you’re thinking of trying rumble I still support it, but DO NOT go to this location.

  I stand by my star rating. I've been going to this gym for 9 months now and the experience has been up and down. Management is nice. And has made things right with me. Good luck!

  Absolutely terrible management. I spoke to someone in February about cancelling because I do not live close to the studio. They said they would send me the form, and cancel immediately. They said I would be charged one more month, per my contract. Then, I kept getting charged for additional months, and now I’m racking up late charges?? I have been trying to cancel for 2 months. I’ve called over half a dozen times, emailed several times and NO ONE has responded. I spoke to the corporate billing department last week to inform them that at this point, it feels like a scam. How can a business operate when they ignore multiple phone calls, emails, and voicemails from customers? I’ll be reporting them. This is ridiculous.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband has been trying to cancel his membership for 3 months now to no avail. He has gone up to the studio just to be told that the person working the front desk doesn’t know how to cancel memberships. He has talked on the phone with the owner who promised to cancel it, yet we still keep getting charged. Multiple phone calls and emails are now going unanswered and ignored. This is a horrible way to run a business. We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Do better.

  The workout is cool. They make it impossible to cancel. I haven’t been in almost a year. I went in person to cancel. There was a notice sign from the city on the door. I called no one answered. Called 3x. Called another location they said they would cancel and send notification to me via email or text. Nothing happened. I emailed them as well and sent a text and no confirmation or anything. I’m reporting this to the better business bureau. I took time off work to come to cancel and no one is even there but there website says open!
