Like others have said, the RSOs are nit-picky, disruptive know it alls, and just won’t let you shoot in peace. I’ve been with other guests twice and had the same experience both times. I returned the second time thinking that the first RSO was the only one that had these issues.
They were trying to pressure me into buying a sight when I had iron sights on, saying I HAD to have a red dot or other sight on to shoot….as I’m hitting dead chest on my target.
It was a HUGE turn off being nagged constantly when it was clear the RSOs I had interacted with were just trying to one up and act like they know stuff when they don’t.
They would nag and pay more attention to me (a woman) than my boyfriend, which I found interesting as I am a better shot than him and have been shooting MUCH longer than him. Also got told I was “shooting too fast” as the guy a few lanes down had just rapid fire mag dumped and nobody said anything to him. The times I’ve walked in I’ve instantly been eyed down and paid more attention to than any other patrons.
Like seen in other responses/comments, the range is extremely defensive, condescending, and overall unprofessional. Which makes it make sense that their staff are allowed to treat customers with the same attitudes. Based on my experience, and I nor any other guest I have attended with will be returning and would not recommend it.

Austin was awesome! I signed up for a beginner’s lesson. And I am left handed, which, I didn’t know, is rare for gun craftsmanship. However, he still helped me and gave me legendary advice on the mechanics and made me feel at ease while picking up and firing for my first time in target practice. Thank you Austin, Marissa, and the rest of The Range team for having a friendly, safe, ready-to-help atmosphere! I will definitely come back more often.

Beware of this range. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the wrong or not if an issue arises, they will most certainly make sure that they and they only are right and you were wrong.
Check out all of the bad reviews and how they can apparently do no wrong ever as they always have something belittling or derogatory to reply back with.

I will not be returning.
Today’s experience was a textbook example of how to lose serious shooters.
One of the RSOs on duty (larger male, glasses, introduced as Jonah) was rude, condescending, and disruptive. He repeatedly interrupted customers while they were actively firing to question them about their firearms. This behavior was unnecessary, distracting, and made the range feel hostile rather than professional.
I was in the process of zeroing a thermal optic — a time- and ammo-intensive procedure that requires uninterrupted shooting and stable conditions — when I was suddenly told I had to leave because a private party was arriving. This time restriction was never disclosed at check-in. If the range had a scheduled cutoff, that should have been clearly communicated before I paid and set up.
The result was wasted ammunition, wasted time, and unfinished equipment — all caused by poor communication and poor management.
A properly run range respects its customers, their time, and their money. This one did none of the above. There are far better options in the area, and I will be using them instead.
To reply to their Reply, as you’ll notice, they’ll always take a defensive side and they always Have to be right. Apparently, this range can do no wrong and doesn’t take any kind of criticism from any customers point of view
To note your incorrect statements regarding first, the safety glasses were not offered to any of us when we checked in and we were also in the range for almost 30 minutes With another RSO before Jonah came in and mentioned them to us.
Second I only spoke to one person The end And asked him to make sure that my bag that was opened behind me wasn’t in his way.
Third, I was only instructed to “ Point down range” When I was going to put my one gun up that I Took out the same way Which is how it is placed in the case and Only fired one round through it.
Fourth, Regarding the green tip ammo, it was given to me, and I had never even opened the boxes as he broke the seal, so I’m not sure why you’re making a big deal out of it as I put it up in my truck when I was asked to as I had no idea.
