  I had a great experience at Trek in Kingwood. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about bikes. From the moment I walked in, they took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of bikes and accessories. What really stood out was the customer service—they made sure everything was properly fitted and explained maintenance tips to keep my bike running smoothly. It’s clear they care about their customers and the local cycling community. If you’re looking for quality bikes and great service, I highly recommend Trek in Kingwood.

  I like the convenience of the Trek bike store. Last Friday I rolled my kids bike in and the guy said he could find a used handlebar to replace the one I had, and I also needed a new drop-in bar. That guy was outstanding. He wasn’t trying to take me for a ride. It was exactly what I hope everybody at trek provides for service. Today I went to pick it up, and the bike was awesome. They did a great job. However, a different service guy today. WAY different. Today I also brought my other bike in to get simply the gears fixed up, which were out of alignment. The new guy with the curly mustache thought I was an idiot and he tried to take me for a ride. Telling me my derailer needs to be replaced, when it just needed to be tightened up. Also told me my chain needed to be replaced, even though it was a year or two old. He pointed to slack in the chain from the derailer not pulling it tight. My son tightened up one of the screws and fix the problem. I asked him to avoid the tier 2 service, and if he could just tune up the gears, like I asked, that’s what I wanted. He said he couldn’t do that. He said we had to have the tier 2 service, including the chain replacement or nothing. So, my son will do it for me! Lol

  Craig and the team were phenomenal!!! Got a new bike and a tune up. Team took the time to help my son get set up with a great bike for a reasonable price. Extremely patient and helpful. Love this Trek store!!!!
