The staff are professional yet warm: unlike a lot of people working at other bike shops, they never make you feel bad for not knowing something or asking questions - they're always willing to help. And they never pressure you to buy or add things that aren't necessary. On top of all this, their service is top quality - very fast turnaround for a very fair and competitive price relative to other shops. No matter what your experience level is with bikes or riding bikes, this shop is a great choice. **Plus, you're supporting your local bike shop ("LBS") !!**
