  My experience at Lucky Strike Houston Willowbrook was extremely disappointing. My friend, her child, and I decided to go bowling for a relaxing time, but from the moment we arrived, the environment felt uninviting. We still went in, keeping an open mind, but things only got worse. After being greeted and getting our shoes, we went to our lane and immediately noticed that every table was dirty. We went back to the front to ask if someone could clean our table or move us. A young lady came out from the back with a clear attitude and began cleaning a table several lanes away. When my friend politely asked if she could clean ours first—since there’s a 2-hour time limit—we were dismissed with a disrespectful “I’ll get to it.” When we tried to address the issue, another employee came over and was just as rude. Instead of asking how he could help, he immediately said, “What’s the problem?” and cut us off while we were explaining, saying it didn’t matter where she started because “all the tables are dirty.” That response alone speaks volumes. At that point, the original employee refused to help, and the second employee moved us to another lane, seemingly because the first worker didn’t want to deal with us. It was completely unprofessional. Trying to find a manager was nearly impossible. When we finally realized someone standing behind us was the manager, he never once acknowledged us or attempted to resolve the situation—he just stood there observing. The only positive part of our visit was our waiter, Tim/Tom, who was polite, attentive, and actually made an effort. Overall, the place was unclean, the customer service was disrespectful, and the management lacked accountability. I would not return and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
